A Timeline of Freddie Gibbs’ and Benny the Butcher’s Ongoing Beef

A few months after Gibbs alleged run-in with Benny’s crew, the latter seemed to confirm he did indeed steal the Bandana MC’s jewelry during their run-in back in May. After showing off the stolen chain on Instagram, Benny took it one step further by posting a full video wearing the confiscated ice.

“Ayo, MC Dinosaur Barbecue, that’s what got your head punched in the first time, talking ’bout s—t you aint have nothing to do with,” Benny says in the video, donning Gibbs micro ESGN pendents. “Real s—t. N—s dragged you by your chain, dragged you by your s—t. N—s took this off your b—h neck. You p—y, n—a.”

He continued, “”MC Dinosaur Barbecue, you been getting ran down on by n—as for the past year, without a gun. You a b—ch.” Benny The Butcher was referencing a similar altercation Gibbs’ had experienced with Jim Jones at a Miami night club a year prior. “MC Dinosaur Barbecue, n—a punched your head all in, had you f—king lumped up. Stitches all in your s—t. For running your mouth like you doing now. Remember that? Then you went the next day and went and copped the cheap-ass Cartier watch.”

It didn’t take long for Freddie Gibbs to respond. Posting screenshots from Benny’s jab on his own Instagram Stories, Gibbs said Benny didn’t even engage in the kerfuffle in Buffalo.

“Benny gay ass need to stop flexing because he was there and didn’t throw a punch,” Gibbs wrote. “Hoe ass n—s did all that brought a camera man and all for promo. Still can’t pack a room. Go head start rapping about me so I can start talking about these sealed plea agreements and s—t … Head up fade solve everything. But n—a aint built like that.”

Gangsta Gibbs continued by saying: “When all yo homies was trying to jump me I heard y’all saying ‘shoot him, shoot him’ but aint none of y’all have the nuts. Head up fade solve it all but u definitely aint with that. U can’t move yo foot n—a…Y’all n—as did all that for clout and can’t pack a venue…Stop trying to DM me n—a aint nothing to talk about. Be safe @getbenny.”

Benny responded to Gibbs claims on X, denying that he ordered one of his associates to shoot the Alfredo MC. “This real police s—t … and it’s a lie,” Benny posted.

Gibbs then again replied on X: “I saw u at yo homie grave tell that n—a you’ll be home soon.”
