Lil Uzi Vert Says ‘Eternal Atake’ Follow Up Is Going To Be ‘Legendary’

Lil Uzi Vert’s second studio album Eternal Atake was one of the biggest projects of 2020. The album debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart and was critically-acclaimed landing on several end of the year lists.

With all the hype that surrounded Eternal Atake, fans are already looking forward to what Baby Pluto is cooking up. Over the weekend, Lil Uzi Vert went to Instagram Live to shed light on his next album.

“Ima drop an album and Ima go so hard bro” Lil Uzi Vert said during the livestream. “Everybody that doubted me, I’ll still except ya’ll right back because the more, the merrier. I’m not even going to say this shit is hard because I don’t know what hard is no more. This shit is going to be legendary, I know that.”

Lil Uzi Vert has been teasing fans for months in regards to his third studio album. In December 2020, Uzi previewed several unreleased songs before dropping a bombshell on his fans that tuned in.

“When I drop my SoundCloud tape, it’s going to have all SoundCloud vibes,” he said. “I’m going to play bops.”

Fans lost their collective minds in the comment section, asking Uzi to drop the tape but the Philly rapper only cracked a smile in response to the commotion.

Uzi dropped his much-delayed second studio album, Eternal Atake, in March 2020. The album earned over 400 million streams in its first week and topped the Billboard 200 chart on two separate occasions after Uzi unleashed the deluxe edition a week after Eternal Atake‘s initial release.
