Lipstick Killer Drops Baddie Era Anthem Darkness

Lipstick Killer

Lipstick Killer continues to turn chaos into confidence with her latest single, “Darkness.” The track, released on October 31, 2025, has quickly taken on a life of its own, fueled by raw emotion, bold visuals, and an unapologetic attitude that defines her artistry.

On December 5, Lipstick Killer amplified the moment by sharing a video on her Instagram with a clear message: “The Baddie version of heartbreak just dropped.” In the caption, she doubled down on that energy, writing, “Where my baddies at?? Roll call for the ones who don’t play about themselves 💅🏾.” The post was a call to her community.

Meanwhile, the response has been immediate. The “Darkness” music video has now surpassed 150,000 views on YouTube, signaling growing momentum around the track.

Lyrically, “Darkness” explores confidence and vulnerability side by side, never separating toughness from truth. Lines like “Babe, you shine bright / You got me flying high / Like a motherfucking kite / I’m rolling off this high / like a m*****f***ing bike” capture that emotional whiplash. Love feels intoxicating, euphoric, and reckless, until it shatters in one moment.

Moreover, the song reflects Lipstick Killer’s ongoing evolution. Her debut project, The Black Dahlia, first introduced her as a fierce voice within the trapmetal underground. That project set the foundation for a reputation built on intensity, emotion, and zero restraint.

Now, she’s stepping into a new chapter. With Urban Sixties Records, MPT Records, and EMPIRE behind her, Lipstick Killer is moving forward louder, and fully in control.

Lipstick Killer embraces confidence without denying pain. She claims power without pretending heartbreak doesn’t exist. It’s the baddie version of heartbreak, exactly as she described it.

With “Darkness,” she creates room for herself and for those who transform emotional fallout into strength.

And judging by the response, her audience is right there with her.
