Flint, Michigan, rapper Rio da Yung OG was released from a federal prison in Arkansas on Wednesday, December 11. The musician had been serving a 60-month sentence of imprisonment after he agreed to plead guilty to possessing a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.

Rio da Yung OG will complete his sentence via “community confinement,” a Federal Bureau of Prisons spokesperson tells Pitchfork.
