Woods and Jenner were very good friends from 2012 to 2019 when allegations surfaced that Woods had kissed Thompson at a party. She denied there was any sort of affair but admitted Thompson kissed her. Initially, some fans speculated that Khloé Kardashian stopped her sister from being friends with Woods, but sources said there were more issues than the situation with Thompson at the time and Kardashian did not stop them from being friends.
In an emotional interview on Red Table Talk, Woods spoke about kissing Thompson at a party and the fallout that came from that. “I was drunk. I was not tipsy, I was drunk. But I was not beyond the point of recollection,” Woods recalled. “I know where I was. But, on the way out [of Tristan’s house], he did kiss me.”
Kardashian broke up with Thompson following the encounter, while Woods and Jenner notably cut ties. “No passion, no nothing. On the way out, he just kissed me. It was a kiss on the lips,” she added. “No tongue kiss, no making out. Nothing. I don’t think he’s wrong either because I allowed myself to be in this position.”
