Friends turned foes, the two rappers are going at each other now in songs. Previously, the two have engaged in indirect exchanges on the Internet, particularly on the social media site, X. Gunna recently put out his last project under YSL, and now that the new Lil Baby album is also on the way, it seems as though Young Thug also has things to address.

In a snippet that surfaced online, Young Thug seemingly has a bar that speaks directly to Gunna. He raps, “Only reason I f**ked with you Gunna, it was cause of Troup.” Now this may seem like a casual bar, but it potentially alludes to the fact that perhaps Young Thug, in heart of hearts, never really trusted Gunna out of his own volition.
