Diddy Potentially Facing 11+ Years In Prison & $500,000 Fine As Sentence Date Approaches

Rap mogul and businessman Diddy is in the middle of a legal tussle on account of gruesome claims of sexual assault, violent behaviour and kidnapping to name a few.

The news has reached far and wide, to people across the globe, who are eagerly awaiting the outcome of the trial that has many fans conflicted about their feelings on the proceedings.

Now, in a new development, prosecutors in the case are pushing for a sentence of 11 years and three months, alongside a $500,000 fine on account of the mental damage and trauma Diddy has caused.

In particular, the prosecutors argue that Diddy must atone for his actions and that the punishment must “reflect the substantial psychological, emotional, and physical damage he has inflicted” on the survivor.

BREAKING; The Government requests 135 months or 11 years in prison for Sean “Diddy” Combs plus a $500k fine. They also note that both Cassie and Jane are not seeking restitution. Below is part of Cassie’s Victim Impact Statement:

While one can’t say for certain what the outcome will be, they can always look forward to the date of sentencing. It has been scheduled for Friday, October 3rd — so stay tuned for more updates!
