As the Diddy trial comes to a close with a prison sentence spanning little over 4 years, other questions arise. In fact, many even wondered whether 4 years is enough time for the kind of psychological damage the rap mogul has inflicted — especially considering that the requested sentence from judge was around 11 years. But now, it seems as though Diddy will do anything to avoid even a reduced sentence.
Recently, Donald Trump, the president of the United States spoke to media revealing that Diddy has in fact asked him for a presidential pardon. Speaking to a reporter about another pardon case, Donald Trump spoke about how many people request him for pardons. In doing so, he mentioned that “Puff Daddy” has asked him for a pardon — emphasising that Puff Daddy is what Trump knows Diddy by.
