Drake has always had a special relationship to London and a lot of that comes from his history with Wireless Festival. He headlined in 2012 and 2015 and was supposed to headline in 2014 before he fell out due to illness, being replaced by Ye on that occasion. He was a surprise in 2018, plus Future also brought him out in 2021 to an insane reception.
Now, Wireless Fest has announced something truly unprecedented.
On the 11th, 12th and 13th of July, Drake will headline each and every night of the festival with three different setlists. The Friday sees him and PARTYNEXTDOOR headlining with special guest Summer Walker, Saturday is being billed as Drake and the mandem and Sunday is him with Burna Boy and Vybz Kartel.
Pre-sale info is here. The general sale is on Wednesday the 19th.
