Eminem Thinks Kendrick Lamar Will “Sweep” The 2025 GRAMMY Awards

Eminem has given fellow rapper Kendrick Lamar a lot of praise and predicted that Kendrick will win the most GRAMMY Awards in the rap category in 2025.

In a radio interview on Christmas Eve on his station Shade 45, Eminem talked on his own prosperous year, which included the release of The Death of Slim Shady, which is generally considered to be his best album in a long time. Even with the praise, Eminem thinks Kendrick Lamar will win in every rap category, referring to it as “stiff competition.”

“It’s very stiff competition. Kendrick is gonna sweep that s**t. … He’s going to, and he should,” Eminem said when the topic came up.

Apart from Song of the Year, Best Music Video, Best Rap Song and Best Rap Performance, ‘Not Like Us’ is also in the running for Record of the Year, competing with biggies like Beyoncé’s ‘TEXAS HOLD ‘EM’, Sabrina Carpenter’s ‘Espresso’ and Taylor Swift’s ‘Fortnight’ featuring Post Malone.

Eminem, along with Dr. Dre, previously brought Kendrick out for 2022’s Super Bowl LVI halftime show, where he performed ‘m.A.A.d city’.

During the chat, Em also spoke on possibility of a collab album with 50 Cent, love for Redman, Cardi B and more. Listen to the full chat below.
