Delivering authentic bars, Iman quotes “Ain’t wise enough to grow past all the clownery yall projecting,” while rhyming in his own neighborhood. The black in white allows the simplicity of the song’s message to resonate with listeners: Iman is next up for the crown. The rapper quotes, “Northeast. came about wanting to represent lyrical ability being from Yonkers, NY. Wanting to just have that moment of reminding those who may have forgotten or introduce myself to those that are just finding out.
