Lil Wayne is on to the next one.
Following the release of No Ceilings 3 last month, Weezy has revealed that he is working on yet another trilogy. In an interview with Bumbu founder Brett Berish on Instagram Live, he officially announced I Am Not a Human Being III, the third installment in his decade-old series.
“Right now, I’ve been working on I Am Not a Human Being,” said the Young Money boss. “I did two songs on I Am Not a Human Being, my next solo album, I Am Not a Human Being III.”

DJ Khaled previously announced on No Ceilings 3 that the album would drop next year. “Be ready for I Am Not a Human Being III / The album coming 2021,” said Khaled on the outro to “Lamar.”
It’s been over 10 years since Wayne released the original I Am Not a Human Being. The sequel, I Am Not a Human Being II, dropped in 2013. Both albums debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200.
Wayne, who is facing up to 10 years in prison after pleading guilty to a federal weapons charge, continues his prolific output. He was also recently in the studio with A$AP Ferg and Rich the Kid. “Me and Rich did like two joints,” revealed Wayne.
Before I Am Not a Human Being III, he plans to drop a second part to No Ceilings 3, which will include his remix of Jack Harlow’s “Tyler Herro” featuring Big Sean. Sean previewed the track on Instagram ahead of the project’s release today.
