Max B Officially Released From Prison (Watch)

Maxx B has been officially released from prison.

The rapper, born born Charley Wingate, was originally sentenced to 75 years in prison after he was convicted of murder and armed robbery. After his trial in 2009, both him and his co-defendant, Kelvin Leerdam, were convicted on 9 of 11 counts, including felony murder.

However in 2016, a state Superior Court judge vacated the rapper’s conviction due to a conflict of interest involving one of the rapper’s former defense attorneys which allowed Max B to plead guilty to one count of aggravated manslaughter. The judge then sentenced him to 20 years with time served, which cleared the way for his release.

You can watch videos of Max B coming out out orison below where he greets his family and friends including his close aide French Montana.

Upon his release, Max B will have to serve five years of probation.
