It’s no news that Kendrick Lamar is on the new Clipse album Let God Sort Em Out — after all, the snippets of his verse are all over the Internet and certainly all the rage. However, fans could have actually witnessed Kendrick on two of these records.

In a recent interview with Spotify, rapper Pusha T spoke about how Kendrick was willing to hop on not one, but two Clipse joints. Going into detail about the incident, Push revealed that there was a point in time where there was a lot of ‘traffic’ in and out the studio.

One of these people happened to be a member of Kendrick’s camp, who heard the album and was compelled to call up Kendrick to insist that he be on the project.

Kendrick heard the project and was clearly impressed, for he called Pusha laughing, saying “Oh man! Okay…I gotta do it. Don’t worry about it. Yo I wanna do two!” Speaking with gratitude, Pusha stressed on the importance of being at the right place at the right time with the right and ready product.

He also remarked on how perfectly Kendrick fits into the equation, claiming  “Clipse and Kendrick together, that speaks lyricism” and that it’s exactly what the people want too. So, could we actually have two Kendrick features on the project? Wait to find out!
