Summer Walker Covers Drake’s ‘Summers Over Interlude’

Summer Walker is bringing the quarantine and chill vibes.

On Tuesday, the R&B songstress shared her acoustic cover of Drake’s “Summers Over Interlude.” While playing the guitar, she added her breathy vocals to the Views cut. “Summer is over, simple and plain,” she sings.

Walker previously collaborated with Drizzy on the remix to her hit “Girls Need Love” off her debut album Over It, which has been certified platinum.

And there may be even more music on the way. She recently shared a snippet of a sultry track. “Y’all want this new music..?” she asked fans.

Walker, who celebrated her 24th birthday on Saturday, has been spending her time in quarantine reading books including The Laws of Human Nature. “Trying to understand humans,” she captioned the photo.
