Gone but not forgotten, and pretty much still making his impact felt, rapper and singer Mac Miller can be heard fresh one more time. How? Well, the 10 year anniversary of his popular album GO:OD AM is out now, and features three additional songs on the project.
The songs are titled ‘Royal Flush,’ ‘Cable Box’ and Carpe Diem respectively, and extend the listening experience of the album without feeling out of place. If anything, all three are evocative pieces of art that the late artist would certainly have been proud of.
The new additions add a touch of nostalgia to the rapper’s third studio album, where he had already talked about potentially crashing soon. Unfortunately, Mac passed at an untimely age of 26, having worked on the album at 23 (as one Reddit user pointed out) — and yet, the songs continue to come out. This proves what kind of treasure trove Mac Miller really was.
