About a month after officially announcing Jackboys 2, Travis Scott is teasing a release date for his Cactus Jack label compilation sequel.
La Flame essentially confirmed the project was done on Monday (April 28) when he wished his mother, Wanda, a happy birthday on Instagram, where Scott revealed that he played JB2 in full for her.
“EVERYONE WISH THE BIGGEST GOAT A HAPPYYYY BDAAAYYY THE QUEEEEN OF DIS HERE.
MI MOMMMMMMMAAAAAAA LOVE YA MOOMMMMMMAAAAAAAAAAA PS I PLAYED HERE JACKBOYS 2,” he wrote.
The potential release date comes into play with Scott finishing the caption with his mom’s alleged request to have him drop on his birthday, which is on April 30, when Trav turns 34. “SHE SAID DROP ON YOUR BDAY BABY JACK,” he continued.

Chase B, Sexyy Red, Busta Rhymes and even his children’s maternal grandma, Kris Jenner — mom of Kylie Jenner — hopped into the comment section to wish Scott’s mom a happy birthday, while fans peppered the Houston rapper with questions surrounding the possible April 30 release date for JB2.
Scottannounced plans for Jackboys 2 while performing at club LIV in Miami in March, during which he confirmed the project was on the way. He’s since guested on labelmate Sheck Wes’ “ILMB” and played a pair of unreleased tracks during his Coachella set earlier in April, which fans speculated to be part of the upcoming compilation.
The first JACKBOYS project was released in December 2019 and topped the Billboard 200. The seven-track offering featured guest appearances from the late Pop Smoke, Lil Baby, Quavo, Offset, Young Thug, Don Toliver and more.
