Unknown Mortal Orchestra have announced a new album. IC-02 Bogotá is the second entry in the band’s instrumental series, following 2018’s IC-01 Hanoi. Lead single “Earth 1” is out today, alongside a music video shot by frontman Ruban Nielson during recording sessions in Bogotá, Colombia. Watch it below.
IC-02 Bogotá is out February 28 on Jagjaguwar. Unknown Mortal Orchestra’s previous album, V, came out in 2023. The band will play a standalone show at Mexico City’s Auditorio BB on Thursday, May 8.
