Willow is back.
The 20-year-old singer links up with Travis Barker on her new single “Transparent Soul.” On the punk-rock bop, Will and Jada’s youngest child rocks out while reflecting on young love.
“I know a boy just like you / He’s a snake just like you / Such a fake just like you / But I can see the true transparency,” she sings over Barker’s hard-hitting drums.
This marks Willow’s first release since last year’s Rise, her collaborative EP with Jahnavi Harrison. Willow has been working on her next project in quarantine and hopes to perform live again soon.
“I’ve been working on more music during the lockdown in London, so I’m excited to share that soon!” she told Wonderland in November. “I admit I’m quite happy to not be moving around so much and having more quiet time to study and grow, but am I looking forward to the day when a huge crowd can gather together and dance and sing at the top of our lungs again! I’m dreaming of it!”
