100 Acres of land is the birthday gift that keeps on giving.
Young Thug whose given name is Jeffrey Williams, is one step closer to building “Slime City.” Sources say Thugger was gifted 100 acres of open land for his birthday by realtor Trey Williams and his manager Geoff Ogunlesi.
With the land, Young Thug plans to build the city in the Atlanta area. Thug said he plans to build “Slime City,” which is more like a subdivision than a city. The name references a trilogy of albums the “Lifestyle” rapper made from 2015 to 2016.

“This is hands down one of the best ways to invest your money,” Thugger wrote on a social media post.
We are unclear exactly where the property is, but it does appear to feature a small lake. In the video below Young Thug and his team take survey of the land.
This was just one of the presents that fell out of the sky and into the ‘Barter 6’ rapper’s lap last week.
Other gifts included a pink Bentley from YSL records signee Gunna, a 1.8 million dollar ring from in house producer Wheezy. T.I. gifted Thug with Broken Heart artwork, along with new watches courtesy of Travis Scott and Drake.
