Zendaya Speaks on ‘Euphoria’ Actor Angus Cloud, Remembers Him for His ‘Boundless Light’

Cloud was found dead Monday morning after his mother called 911 about a “possible overdose.” The Oakland Fire Department arrived at the scene around 11:30 a.m., confirming that Angus was “already deceased.”

The cause of death remains unknown, though a source close to the family said Cloud had “intensely struggled” with suicidal thoughts following the recent death of his father.

Sydney Sweeney, another star of Euphoria, also took to Instagram on Tuesday to honor Cloud.

“Angus you were an open soul, with the kindest heart, and you filled every room with laughter,” she wrote. “This is the hardest thing ive ever had to post, and im struggling to find all the words. You will be missed more than you know, but I’m so blessed to have known you in this lifetime, and I’m sure everyone who has ever met you feels the same. This heartache is real and I wish we could’ve had one more hug and 711 run. All my love is with you.”
