CyHi The Prynce Snipes Joe Budden In New Freestyle & Gets Response

CyHi The Prynce is gearing up to release his sophomore album this summer titled The Story of EGOT. Prior to the LP’s arrival, the G.O.O.D. Music veteran stoked a social media blaze when a clip of his recent Sway’s Universe freestyle hit the internet featuring him landing a jab at Joe Budden.

“Joe Budden, why you got so much hate in your heart/You gon’ fuck around and make hating an art/I don’t see much time I could waste on that mark/And please say the remarks,” he raps.

Even while Budden is relaxing on an island thousands of miles away, the shots still made it onto his radar and he took a break from his tropical getaway to hop on Twitter and respond on Memorial Day (May 30).

“Why is Cyhi doing that to my name while I’m on vacation? That’s not nice,” Budden asked. “& w that nasty ass bar too….. you lot so lucky lol.”

The Joe Budden and CyHi The Prynce beef goes back a few years. Budden consistently dissed CyHi for riding Kanye’s coattails and then CyHi issued a rap battle challenge against Budden for $500,000.

“Joe Budden really a fan of mines. He upset that he — he feel like my best friend won’t put me out,” he said on the No Jumper podcast. “I would demolish Joe Budden, though, to be honest,”

In early 2019, Budden threatened to put his podcast on a two-month hiatus so the two could settle their feud with the battle.

“Get your money and get your pen and come fuck with me and this podcast will take a two-month break and I will put CyHi ass in the ground off of retirement,” he angrily stated.
