Hidden Hills, CA – The Yolo Estate legacy will continue after rumors flew that real estate developers wanted to knock down the Drake artifact.

According to the Los Angeles Times, Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford and wife Kelly Stafford purchased two out of the three homes in the Yolo Estate compound this week from the 6 God for a whopping $11 million.

The Hidden Hills mansions were purchased for about $3.4 million over Drake’s asking price with each going for $5 and $6 million respectively. As a father of four, Stafford’s party days are mostly behind him but he and his Rams teammates can enjoy the party compound where Drake hosted some legendary nights.

Stafford, 34, adds another 6,000 sq. feet and 3.6 acres to his real estate portfolio as the Super Bowl champion and his wife now own three properties in the neighborhood after buying a residence for $19.6 million in 2021.

Drake is more than happy to fork over the properties to the Rams hero and his family since he recently bought Robbie Williams’ Beverly Crest estate for $75 million.

There is still the most expensive part of the Yolo Estate available at the listing price of $14.8 million, which comes complete with a mechanical bull and recording studio.

Popstar Britney Spears and Caitlyn Jenner were among the potential buyers, in addition to the real estate developers who had an interest in knocking down the Yolo Estate.

Stafford’s stay in Los Angeles will continue after signing a four-year extension with the L.A. Rams for $160 million in March. He won a Super Bowl in his first year with the team.
