With his poetic style, Iman continues to encourage fans to embrace their emotion regardless of hardships life brings. Produced by Rondon, with additional vocals from Janelle Mack & Blass 89, this melodic record is sure to relate to fans everywhere.
The visual embodies the very spirit of the record, showing Iman in a vulnerable, lonely state searching for the answers of his path. The visual begins with him laying on the bed, waking up trying to figure out how to just continue the day. Frightened and frazzled, he runs outside running into another version of himself and takes off in fear.
The rapper shares that, “the song is about the exhaustion of the unknown. Confusion about relationships with people in my life, God, and career. Searching for something better and coming to understand that though there is a lot of unknown, there’s a feeling in you that keeps you searching for more or better. Writing this song has helped me express so much that I went through during the pandemic and it feels refreshing to give it to the people.”
