When a fan reached out to compliment her, noting that they could see what the rapper saw in her, Kendrick responded by posting a screenshot of the interaction. Her caption was stark and direct: “he saw a punching bag.”
Following this initial post, Kendrick shared visual evidence from the alleged incident, including images showing a visible injury to her lip. She accompanied the photos with a firm statement regarding the nature of their relationship: “I don’t know a lot of things but I do know that a man that put his hands on me is a man that never loved me and never will.”
