Jhené Aiko, Future, & Miguel Perform ‘Happiness Over Everything’ on ‘Ellen’

Jhené Aiko spreads happiness.

Fresh off the release of her third studio album Chilombo, the L.A. songstress brought the party to “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” on Friday along with some special guests. Following an introduction from guest host Demi Lovato, she performed her single “Happiness Over Everything (H.O.E.)” with Future and Miguel.

Surrounded by floral arrangements, tiki torches, and Polynesian dancers, she recreated the Hawaiian backyard bash from the music video while wearing a floral-print outfit. Miguel kicked off the performance before Jhené kept the good vibes coming. Hndrxx popped up for his verse as they swayed along to the song.

Chilombo, the follow-up to 2017’s Trip, arrived Friday featuring appearances from Nas, Big Sean, John Legend, Ab-Soul, Ty Dolla $ign, and Jhené’s father, Dr. Chill.

She will hit the road in support of the album. Her “Magic Hour Tour” kicks off May 1 in Boston with special guests Queen Naija and Ann Marie.
