The rest of the year will be busy for the 33-year-old, who is readying a full-length project set to arrive in early 2023.

“We are thrilled to be in business with Kash Doll,” said Alan Grunblatt, MNRK’s President of Urban Music. “To quote our friend Royce Da 5’9 in his song ‘Overcomer,’ ‘The best rapper between Cardi and Meg Thee Stallion is Kash Doll.’”

With the deal, Kash Doll will also be given the power to launch her own imprint and sign artists to the label.

“I’m so happy,” she wrote on her Instagram Story. “I actually have creative control with a whole label deal myself! I can sign people myself!”

Fans can expect her role as Monique in 50 Cent’s BMF to continue, which will return for a second season later this year. “It’s crazy,” Kash Doll said of the show’s upcoming season, speaking on the Big Facts podcast. “It’s gonna be really good. It’s better than the first season. The story is just crazy, man.”

Kash Doll then recalled touting her acting skills in DMs to 50 Cent that he never saw before she got the call from him that she earned the role of Monique on the anniversary of her father’s death.

“It’s so crazy because I DM’d 50 — I was in his DMs … ‘Put me in something.’ I’m sending him videos acting like I’m shooting shit,” she said. “I really know how to do this acting shit. 50 put me in something.”

Kash’s recent appearance on the Big Facts podcast saw her accompanied by her boo Tracy T, who revealed how his contract negotiations with Rick Ross’ MMG soured after someone alleged the Detroit rapper was already in a contract with them.

“I’m signed with Maybach. A n-gga come with a fake contract who I used to talk to in ’09,” he explained. “He come with a whole fake contract with my signature on the contract.”

He continued: “Come to find out him and Rozay cool. I’m like hold on, n-ggas trying to slick extort me or something. Then Rozay told me to, ‘Go with it.’ Man, it was a fucked up contract with my name on it.”

Tracy T quickly called his lawyer who got him out of the tricky predicament and Tracy T ended his relationship with MMG. “I got with my lawyer and I got him get me out the contract,” he said. “I ain’t finna be no sucker for none of this shit. I can’t sleep at night knowing a n-gga extorting me.”
