Longtime collaborators Mount Kimbie and King Krule have gotten together again for the new song “Empty and Silent.” The track will appear on Mount Kimbie’s forthcoming album, The Sunset Violent. Listen to the single below.
Mount Kimbie and King Krule have worked together on Cold Spring Fault Less Youth’s “You Took Your Time” and “Meter, Pale, Tone,” Love What Survives’ “Blue Train Lines,” and the single “Turtle Neck Man.” Another new collaboration, “Boxing,” will appear on The Sunset Violent.
Mount Kimbie’s new album is out April 5. It’s core members Dominic Maker and Kai Campos’ first full-length with new band members Andrea Balency-Béarn and Marc Pell.
