Lobel Music Group founders Steve Lobel and Greg Keller and Varick Street/ Def Jam/ Universal recently announced a newly minted partnership with BMB Records and signed Detroit rapper Brooklyn Queen as LMG’s debut artist.

Known for his work with Hip-Hop greats Run DMC and Jam Master Jay, Scott Storch, Three 6 Mafia, Fat Joe, Bone Thugs N Harmony, the late great Nipsey Hussle, and many others, Steve’s mission is personal.

“When we created Lobel Music Group it took a while to see who we would be dealing with, because we’re all about loyalty, hard work, love and integrity. Everything has to happen organically. I haven’t had this feeling since I met Nipsey Hussle; when I met Brooklyn Queen, I felt the same thing. I’m excited; I haven’t been excited in a long time. We working!”

–Steve Lobel of LMG

“I believe she’s really special, and I look forward to what’s to come”

-Noah Sheer of Varick Street/ Def Jam

With over 11 million loyal followers across all social media platforms, the young rapper/mega influencer from Detroit is not a novice to entertainment. She began rapping at the prepubescent age of 11, releasing music that echoed the world around her as she evolved into a young woman. The collaboration with Brooklyn Queen’s flagship label BMB Records and Lobel Music Group aims to restore principles, morals, and hard work into the music industry.
