Rae Sremmurd’s Brother Arrested for Stepdad’s Murder

Rae Sremmurd’s brother is in custody following the fatal shooting of their stepfather.
Michael Sullivan, Swae Lee and Slim Jxmmi’s younger half-brother, has been arrested in the murder of Floyd Sullivan, according to TMZ. The 19-year-old was taken to a hospital for psychiatric evaluation prior to his arrest.
On Monday night, the Tupelo Police Department was dispatched to a home where officers discovered the 62-year-old victim, who died on the scene from at least a couple gunshot wounds.

Following the tragedy, Swae Lee tweeted, “I pray this world let’s me keep some compassion.” He also posted a tribute to his stepdad on his IG Story: “OG Gone live forever.”
Floyd reportedly raised Swae and Jxmmi since they were in middle school, and moved to Mississippi with their mother, Bernadette. He also has a son, Floyd Jr., from a previous relationship.
