1.What first got you into music?

I always wanted to play an instrument as a child. So as I learned more I began playing instruments. Music was always on in my house especially early Saturday mornings. I would try to play songs by ear early on playing whatever was on the radio.

2.Who inspired you to make music?

My grandfather. Growing up I used to watch the movie Drumline with my grandfather almost 3,4 times a week. I would try to learn the parts while playing on a trash can as if it  was a snare drum.

Artists like Jay-z , Q Tip , J Cole, and Kendrick inspire my style and lyricism.

3.How would you describe the music that you typically create?

Emotionally Driven

I have a song for every mood I’m heavily influenced by the things that happen in my day to day life. While creating I put myself into a space to think from an author’s perspective. Every song,lyric  matters to me. Kind of like a painter and a paint brush being selected with choices and texture.

4.What is your creative process like?

Naturally I freestyle all of my ideas first before I write them all down and put together songs. I throw a beat on freestyle to it a few times and

5.Who would you most like to collaborate with?

I’d definitely be down to collaborate with Saba , Smino and J Cole.

6.If you could go open a show for any artist who would it be?

If I could open for any artist. I’d have to say Don Toliver.

7.What is one message you would give to your fans?

Never give up no matter how bad things get. Push

Pray until something happens.

8.Do you sing in the shower? What songs?

I been singing Last Last Bby Burna boy getting ready everyday

9.Where have you performed?

I’ve performed across the east coast.

New York , Boston , Charlotte, Atlanta, Virginia

Do you have any upcoming shows?

Yes I’ll be performing on January 24th at the  Meadow in Brooklyn New York.

10.How do you feel the Internet has impacted the music business?

The industry is at your finger tips. What you do with it is up to you. These days we have a lot of access to pretty much anything you can think of. Using that info for your benefit and education is vital to success.
