Pharrell Williams and Focus Features have shared the first trailer for Piece by Piece, that quasi-documentary that uses Lego minifigures to tell the story of the musician’s life. Featured in the trailer are Lego depictions of Williams, Kendrick Lamar, Jay-Z, Snoop Dogg, Justin Timberlake, Gwen Stefani, Timbaland, Busta Rhymes, and film director Morgan Neville. Piece by Piece hits theaters on Friday, October 11, 2024. A January press release described the film as “an unparalleled motion picture experience that captures the magic and brilliance of Pharrell Williams’ creative genius, one Lego brick at a time.”
